2. Damaged or Defective Products

Please include your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue. We will review your request and, when appropriate, offer a replacement, repair, or refund.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or the product arrived defective or damaged.

4. Return Shipping

If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, Luxnova Gadgets may cover the reasonable return shipping cost.

For returns due to a change of mind or other reasons not caused by Luxnova Gadgets, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

5. Exchanges

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we may offer an exchange, subject to product availability.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may provide a refund instead.

6. Non-Returnable Items
